You must not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for restricting access to your account from any devices you use to access the “King Music” application.

King Music Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if it is determined that you have violated these terms and conditions or if your account is used for any unauthorized or illegal activities.

This Yearly Subscription Agreement “One Year, Two Years and Three Years” governs the subscription to the audio and video content provided by (“King Music Ltd”) and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the subscriber (“Subscriber,” “you,”and the Service Provider (“Maestro E-Commerce Ltd”).

1. Subscription Overview

1.1 By purchasing a yearly subscription to the Service Provider’s audio and video content, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1.2 The subscription period is for one year from the date of purchase.
1.3 Your subscription will automatically renew for subsequent one-year periods unless canceled before the renewal date.

2. Payment and Billing
2.1 You agree to pay the annual subscription fee as specified by the Service Provider at the time of purchase.
2.2 The subscription fee is non-refundable, regardless of your usage of the Service or any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content or cancellation of the subscription.
2.3 Payment for the initial subscription term and all subsequent renewal terms will be made via recurring yearly payments.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
2.5 If payment is not received or if the payment method fails, your subscription may be automatically terminated or suspended.

3. Content Access
3.1 Upon successful payment, you will have access to the Service Provider’s audio and video content for the duration of the subscription period.
3.2 The content may include but is not limited to music, podcasts, videos, and other multimedia materials.
3.3 You may access the content through the designated mobile applications “King Music App”.

4. Usage Restrictions
4.1 The subscription is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
4.2 Unauthorized access or use of the Service may result in the termination of your subscription without refund.

5. Changes to Subscription
5.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the subscription terms, including features and content, with or without notice.
5.2 Subscribers will be notified of significant changes to the subscription terms in advance.

6. Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason, including a breach of these terms.
6.2 In the event of termination by us, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

7.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.
7.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mauritius.

2. Payment and Billing
2.1 You agree to pay the subscription fee as specified in the App at the time of purchase.
2.2 The subscription fee is non-refundable, regardless of your usage of the Music Academy or any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content or cancellation of the subscription.
2.3 Payment for the subscription will be made via Credit Cards, MCB Juice App and direct Debit.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
2.5 If payment is not received or if the payment method fails, your access to the Music Academy may be automatically terminated or suspended.

3. Access to Music Academy Content
3.1 Upon successful payment, you will have access to all lessons and tutorials available within the Music Academy section of the App.
3.2 The content includes instructional videos, written tutorials, sheet music, practice exercises, and instruction from respected tutors for piano, bass, guitar, vocals, and drums.
3.3 You may access the content through the App using your subscriber account.

4. Usage Restrictions
4.1 The subscription is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
4.2 Unauthorized access or use of the Music Academy may result in the termination of your subscription without refund.

This No Refund Policy Agreement (“No Refund policy”) governs the terms and conditions of subscription purchases made through King Music App and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the subscriber (“Subscriber,” “you,”) and the service provider Maestro E-Commerce Ltd.

1. Acceptance of No Refund Policy
1.1 By purchasing a subscription through the Company, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy.
1.2 The Company does not offer refunds for subscription purchases, except as explicitly outlined below or as required by applicable law.

2. Circumstances for Refund Consideration
2.1 Refund requests may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
2.1.1 Technical issues preventing access to the subscribed services for an extended period, despite reasonable efforts to resolve them by the Company.
2.1.2 Duplicate charges or billing errors resulting in overpayment.
2.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@kingmusic.app within 3 days of the subscription purchase date and must include detailed information supporting the request.

3. Refund Evaluation and Determination
3.1 The Company will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information from the Subscriber, if necessary.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, based on the circumstances provided and compliance with this Agreement.

4. No Refunds for Unauthorized Use
4.1 Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions that have been terminated or suspended due to violation of the Company’s terms of service or unauthorized use of the subscribed services.
